![]() ![]() Todays game has been a hard one to moderate. I wont be able to moderate anymore today, I'm virtually getting an imprint of the keyboard on my forehead through lack of sleep. I got my demo from Softpedia (link provided in my first or second post (Whiterabbit-UK)) as the one from the link we were pprovided with was corrupt. The demo will activate with the code that we were given (see the read me that unpacks with the set up ). ![]() Failing that, download the demo and reinstall. The activation window appears behind the browser opened to the web site, minimise the website page and you'll see the activation code. If it's not too late (just two hours left to the giveaway period), can someone help me, please? Thanks! Instead, it has all the blanks for actually purchasing the game, which defeats the GOTD purpose. But I can't find anywhere to enter the Registration Code. Save | CancelĪm I alone in the Clueless Department today?Īs instructed, I clicked Buy Now and was taken to a secure webpage. I am looking forward to some other game repeats as my old pc died and I lost them all. Thanks for an entertaining game and for the very nice replies to my posts. The only annoying thing was the people pop ups-really didn't like that and the man was a very unusual looking gentleman! Some of the puzzles were very nice and took a bit of doing to get them right but nothing too hard. If I have to use a Hint I'm usually surprised where the item is and say to myself "good hide" this game had several. It's a nice little game and some items are very cleverly hidden. From then on everything worked just fine. I re-installed the game so the code would display and used that. ![]() I did not read the Read Me file (usually just says to activate that day) and missed the Enter Code bit. Once I found the game-where no other games are installed, but under C:Games as advised, I could open it up and play. Thought I should do an update since I posted 'problems' before. Try the first idea then if it doesn't work post a thread in the forums and we can take it from there. In that case you will need to look for registry entries. As its not been played you should theoretically be able to start from scratch though you may find your profile has been saved in the registry. To delete the game just delete the installed folder, however a way around your dilemma regarding not being able to gt a new profile for your husband would be to delete the game on the main computer, make a back up of the one on the laptop and transfer it to your computer. However I'm still stuck with it on my laptop because there is NO uninstall file, either in the Remove Programs or in the folder where the game is located. Is there no way to start over from the beginning?Īlso I first tried installing it on my laptop (1 GB memory) and it wouldn't run so I installed in on my new desktop (8 GB memory) and it worked fine. ? Tried two more times with different names and got the same thing. Well, it started about two screens from the end of the game and then that was it. Anyway I finished it a few days ago and wanted my husband to try it. Maybe it was BECAUSE it wasn't as hard as most. There is a mystery that will take you to all corners of the Earth, and wrapped up in that mystery are the answers to your questions.I really, really loved this game, more than any other HOG that I've ever played and I've played a lot of them. The Mysterious Past of Gregory Phoenix is a game full of adventure, in which you will have to travel in space and time to answer questions about yourself, your past, and your role in the future. However, it turns out that your legacy is just one key. YOU are the heir to this legacy! YOU have to discover the secret of your ancestors, a secret kept from you until this very day! ![]() Most people have already forgotten this old story, and only a few men on the Earth are keeping this ancient mystery alive. For centuries this secret has been passing down from father to son, from the King to the Prince. ![]()
